As a Senior Implementation Salesforce Consultant, you will have the opportunity to help build our ambitious organization. You are the first point of contact for customers during the implementation and as an advisor you are responsible for the translation of customer needs into the delivered Salesforce environment. You are able to think along and advise in multidisciplinary processes. The software is developed on the innovative Salesforce platform. You lay the foundation for a strong customer relationship and are independently or in a team responsible for the delivery of our software. In a team you are able to guide our junior consultants... You are a driven implementation consultant who knows how to guide a customer from A-Z.
Have a bachelor and or master degree
At least four years of experience in the field of Salesforce and / or other CRM software packages such as Microsoft CRM, SIebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft and Netsuite is an advantage.
You are able to translate customer needs into tangible implementation plans.
Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
Facilitate and supervise workshops with the customer.
See quickly what needs to be done for a project to succeed.
Think solution-oriented and like to turn the knobs yourself.
Experience within recruitment, temporary employment or staffing is an advantage.
Have the power of persuasion to point customers in the right direction.
Able to identify critical points (both inside and outside the software) at an early stage and act accordingly.
You are able to turn resistance into enthusiasm.
You like to tackle and take things up proactively.
